Dear friends,
I just wanted to update you on Bimini Bay Resort and
Casino. The beautiful resort which offers an
assortment of luxury condominiums and houses, fabulous hotel
rooms and villas, and a full menu of dining, boating, gaming,
scuba diving and fishing options beyond anything you have ever
experienced. The resort and residential community
features its own marina complex, a full-service casino and
entertainment facility, and a full compliment of retail and
recreational choices.
We had a record turnout at the Miami Boat Show and we are well
on our way to selling out Phase 1A with only seven
units left. Phase 1B has a mere 22 units
left and Phase 1C has yet to be released for sale. Fisherman
Village Marina is almost out of 50, 60, and 80-foot slips and
there are only twenty-four 40-foot slips. Once
Fisherman's Village Marina is sold out, we will not have any
40 to 60-foot slips available until 2007 or 2008.
The single family homes are selling fast as well. We
have already opened Phase 1C of the single
family section on both the ocean and bay because the first two
phases sold so quickly.
Even with all of these sales the project is still in it's
infancy. We are building
over 2000 single family homes, condominiums and townhomes.
We are still in preconstruction and the prices are very
affordable. Where else can you purchase a single family
home on the ocean for under a million dollars or a condominium
with a marina slip for just over two hundred thousand dollars.
